  • Absolutely! We encourage this as we believe it is important to connect with couples beforehand to ensure that we are the right fit for your big day. We are happy to meet in person, via video call, or by phone to discuss your vision, answer questions and go over package options.

  • While we do shoot with a particular style in mind, we are more than happy to accommodate your personal preferences wherever possible.

  • We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding seasons. However, we always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so feel free to enquire!

  • We will ask for a deposit once we’ve confirmed the date of the wedding. This ensures we are committed to the day. Two weeks before the event we will invoice you for the remaining balance.

  • While we love capturing natural moments, it is helpful to have a timeline of key events for the day. If there are any specific shots or moments you would like us to focus on, feel free to share this with us and we’ll ensure we capture all your must-haves. We will communicate with your photographer to ensure that we provide an unobtrusive account of your day.

  • Editing will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Teasers will be received within 1 week. We will keep in touch and give you a date as soon as we can.

  • Absolutely not! Whilst we love to be fed, we understand catering can be costly. We will provide our own food for the day.

  • We are based in Exeter, UK and our services cover both Devon and Cornwall. Please note that venues outside of Devon will incur an additional transport fee.

  • We use wireless clip-on mics in conjunction with microphones on our cameras to capture the atmosphere of the ceremony and reception. We ask that the Groom wear a discreet wireless microphone for the best quality audio during the ceremony.
